Over the last 15 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on over 50 projects, including resorts, hotels, cruise ships, boutique hospitality, restaurants, fast casual, fast food, retail, gyms, residential apartment building amenity spaces, luxury residential apartments, and mansions.
My project list is a short list of my experience. If we jump on a call, I’m happy to share more.

A hearth-led American chophouse in a 1920s landmark in River Oaks: parquet floors, charred Douglas fir, copper velvet, and an open kitchen of live flame.

A maximalist Union Market restaurant evoking a Mexico City social club, with copper, candlelight, and a 33-foot mountainscape mural wrapping scarlet velvet seating.

All public spaces for The Hadley, a multifamily residential community developed by Prometheus Real Estate Group, from indoor/outdoor lounges and the fitness center to the movie theater, pet spa, and work center.
10 spaces aboard a 5-star cruise ship.

The home office for Prometheus Real Estate Group, a Bay Area apartment developer and Certified B Corporation.

Saxon + Parole has its horse and Ghost Donkey its donkey, so the Poni Room is the family’s sea pony. We transformed Saxon + Parole’s former private dining room on the Bowery into an intimate rosé and Asian seafood bar, a warm, cocooning space designed so guests feel tucked away from the city.

An incubator and showcase for the future of Hilton hospitality, set beside the company’s global headquarters. The 4,200-square-foot gallery moves through a series of experiential zones: an Innovation Theater, a VR stage, a show kitchen, and the Darkroom, a model guestroom for experimental materials.

The renovation and expansion of a resort and casino spanning over a million square feet. Our scope reached across the property: the existing and new hotel lobbies, casinos, and cafés, two porte cocheres, the casino center bar, high limit slots, the hotel lobby bar, a new pool promenade, VIP check-in, the Oculus, the retail corridor, and Hard Rock Live.

A 42-floor, 1,028-unit apartment building at 606 West 57th Street for TF Cornerstone, a real estate developer with properties throughout New York City. Our scope covered 13 public spaces, from the entry facade, lobby, and mailroom to lounges and decks on the 2nd and 29th floors, a basement rec room, basketball court, gym, yoga studio, and children’s activity room.
Helped develop national rollout concepts for 4 iconic, well-known fast casual food and coffee brands.

The transformation of the Miami Dolphins’ home into a cutting-edge, multi-purpose stadium that hosts the NFL, NCAA, MLS, MLB, and major entertainment events. Our work covered the premium spaces: the North, South, East, West, and Founders Clubs, the private suites, and owner Stephen Ross’s private suite, blending technology with VIP amenities.

A ping pong club, restaurant, and bar. The goal was a warmer, more upscale space on a tight timeline. We created zones throughout to give tables and groups privacy and to market the club as a rentable party space. The concept rolled out from 23rd Street to a second New York location, Chicago, San Francisco, and London.

A hub for nearby tech companies. The concept behind the project was “a network of backyards.”

A modern take on the old-fashioned candy apothecary, rolled out to shopping centers across the country. The first store, at the Glendale Galleria in California, unfolds as a series of rooms to explore: a chocolate room stocked with sweets from around the world, and a gummy room lined with thousands of candies that ends at a giant gummy bear photo moment. Whimsical details throughout.
